The Role of Node-RED in this workflow is to serve the role of an Active Orchestrator. While the UI tools generate high-fidelity prompts for Claude via API and retrieve deployable configurations, Node-RED is responsible for the heavy lifting of those configurations. It receives the structured AI output, validates the logic against industrial standards, and transforms the raw configuration into fully functional JSON flow objects.
Provides ISA-95 compliant hierarchies, AAS compliant assets and Digital Twin synchronization logic.
Delivers Bridges and Gateways for major data exchange protocols, supports Digital Backbone.
Turns validated stream of Digital Twin state-changes into durable time-series records, operational performance scores, and anomaly signals.
